• Processing Time: Most orders for our chrome and matte black mounts are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure your gear arrives safely at your doorstep within 3~5 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your flags' journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

If our mounts aren't the perfect fit for your Harley-Davidson Tour-Pak, we make the return process effortless.

• Free Returns: We offer free returns on all orders to ensure you are completely happy with your setup.
• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them.

In the rare event that your mount or flag arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please notify us immediately. We will ship out a replacement at no cost to you to ensure your colors are flying as soon as possible.
